PC Security Tools That You Need
In this post, I would like to share with you all what PC security tools that you need in order to protect your PC efficiently.
1. Firewall
Use Comodo Firewall Pro or firewall from Zone Alarm. Both are very good and I recommend you to install one of it into your system.
2. Anti-Virus
If you don't want to spend a dime on anti-virus, use Avast! Anti virus because you can use it for free. I'm not saying that you need a perfectly-protected computer, but it should be enough to secure your computer.
But, if you can afford it, use Avast! Professional Edition
3. Anti-Adware
Anti adware is one of the software that you need. I recommend you to use Ad-Aware 2007. In my opinion, it's a very good anti-adware. However, you can have extra protection such as real-time protection using Lavasoft Ad-Aware 2007 Pro
So, these are the tools that you can use to protect your computer.
There is one more story that I would like to share with you. In year 2000, Byzantine Bloomberg computer network was hacked by two hackers from Kazakhstan and they demand ransom from Byzantine Bloomberg.
In the end, the two hackers were caught when Bloomberg hand the money to them.
Most companies are willing to pay high amount of money to protect their network. I'm not saying that this type cyber-extortion will happen to you. But, it's not impossible. So, think about it.
