I’m sure the question most of you ask about laptop video card is “Can I change/upgrade/replace my laptop video card?”

The answer is yes and no.

The answer is yes because some of the laptop manufacturers do provide upgrade for their laptop video card and no because some do not provide this kind of upgrade. In order to upgrade a laptop video card, you must consider few things, such as space, the heat pipe, power supply and a lot more.

Remember to check the precaution such as proper gloves and antistatic armband. If you have a different laptop brand, simply check the manufacturers site on how to disassemble the hardware and you can start from there.

But remember, some of the laptop video cards are not replaceable. Be careful when disassembling the laptop and installing it back to its original condition.
